Paella Valenciana
$19 per person

This is the traditional Paella.  Chicken, calamari, shrimp, sausages and mussels
cooked in a chicken broth then garnished with green peas and red bell peppers.


Paella Marinera, Seafood Paella
$21 per person

This is the paella for the seafood lover.  Loaded with fresh fish chunks,
shrimp, mussels, clams and scallops..  Cooked in a delicious fish broth,
that is what makes this paella so special.  Garnished with green peas and red bell peppers.


Paella Real
$28 Per Person

This is the perfect paella to impress everyone at your party.  It is the same as the
"Paella Marinera" but we include half a lobster for each guest.


Paella Campesina
$18 per person

Delicious moist yellow rice with boneless chicken, pork, sausage
and garnished with green peas and red bell peppers.


All prices are subject to a 20% gratuity and 7% sales tax.
Prices may change to reflect market value of certain ingredients.

• Garden Salad - Spring mix with fresh seasonal veggies and your choice of dressing. $2

• Caesar Salad - Romaine, Caesar Dressing, croutons, Parmesan cheese  - $2

• Fruit Salad - Fresh seasonal fruit (typically melon, grapes, strawberries and/or blueberries) - $2.00

• Tropical Fruit Salad - Fresh Seasonal and Tropical fruits mixed with sweet coconut -$2.25

• Fresh Cut Watermelon- .75 ( may not be available September through April)

• Dinner rolls and butter. $1.50

 

 

FAQ's

Q: How soon do we have to contact you to book a day for a paella?
A: The sooner the better we usually book our Saturday events 6 months to a year in advance.

Q: Do you require any deposits and how much?
A: Yes! The only way to secure a day with us is by signing our contract and paying a 50% deposit.

Q: Are deposits refundable?
A: Deposits are non-refundable.

Q: What time does your chef start cooking and how long does he/she stay?
A: We come to the location 1.5 hours before serving time and stay there approximately 1 hour after to clean up.

Q: What is the minimum and maximum amount of people that you can cook a paella for?
A: 40 minimum and up to 200 maximum.
