In order to supply you with the quickest and most accurate
information, be sure to let us know:

*  The date of your event

*  The approximate number of people expected ( We have a 60
person minimum)  

*  The location of the event.
 ( We currently do NOT service NY)

* Whether or not you'd like the pig only or side dishes as well. If
so which ones from our menu.

* We do not do equipment rentals.*

  Please remember that we have a 60 person minimum for pig roasts and 60 people (3 tacos each) for tacos.
